A Rhone-style white made of Viognier and Marsanne form Penticton and Naramata, this new label, made by winemaker and winegrower Dwight Sick (formerly of Stag's Hollow) offers notes of toast with lemon curd spread, oak spice and pineapple with resin and waxy undertones. Toasty flavours lead the palate as well; yellow fruits, grilled lemon and yellow apple flavours lounge on a concentrated palate with a long and tangy finish.
